SUPERDANISH
The Utica Project is a concept based art project devised by New York artist John Mascaro. For the poject we intend to turn a dilapidated American city into a thriving cultural center. Visitors from around the world will come to Utica, New York to visit the millions of sqare feet of abandoned industrial buildings, once forming a thriving manufacturing town, now to be inhabited by thousands of the world's cultural principals who will initially come to Utica for the incredibly cheap space, and stipends to be provided by both private and governmental funds.
